Who this is for
You don’t need a particular title to work with me. The fit is in the problem: you’re navigating a role that requires you to hold space for others, as a leader, founder, community builder, teacher, or coach yourself, and the cost of holding that space has started to show.

How I work
My coaching is grounded in what I call the three-layer connection model: knowledge, network, and empathy. We look at where you’re strong in one layer and what that’s costing you in the others. Sessions are 60 minutes. I don’t sell packages, I start with one conversation and we decide from there.
